In my senior year, as the Covid-19 pandemic made robotics competitions virtual, and my years in VEX and FRC robotics were coming to an end, I was asked to join the Riptide Battlebots team by Ethan Kurtz. He invited former VEX Robotics captains that competed against each other to form a Battlebots team. I had an amazing experience as a part of the Riptide Battlebots team that competed in Las Vegas in August 2021. We are in Season 6 that premiered in January 2022 on the Discovery Channel!
